Order Updates
We try to ensure that all orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within approximately 14 working days. (working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Public Holidays).
Whether you choose Standard or Express Post we do recommend placing your order several weeks before your party, as the average order processing and delivery takes approximately two to three weeks depending on product deliveries.
Delivery times are estimates only and accordingly could take longer as many products are sourced internationally. All personalized items do require an additional week to be produced and we do not cancel, refund or credit any personalized product. Please make sure you allow several weeks before your party to ensure delivery of all products as we carry a huge range of products and order in items regularly as stock changes on a daily basis.
Please ensure that you allow approximately three weeks for your order to be processed as we do not cancel, refund or credit products or orders with insufficient processing time.

School Holiday Periods:
Please note that our venue hours do change during
school holidays. Please do not send email messages to our office
during school holidays, please call us on 03 9499 7944 and leave
a message and we will get back to you shortly. For offfice and venue hours during holiday periods, please call our office for
a recorded message with details. Our online store is
open 24 hours everyday of the year and our warehouse does
not close during the holidays. Our warehouse operates as per
usual during these periods.
